8 KW OFF-GRID SOLAR SYSTEM – ABUJA
Desamis International Co. LTD executed an 8 kW off-grid solar installation for a residential client in Abuja, Nigeria. The project was developed to address frequent power outages and provide a consistent, self-sustaining electricity source without any dependence on the national grid.
The system consists of an 8 kW non-hybrid inverter, a 120 A MPPT charge controller, and two Dyness DL5.0 lithium batteries, offering a total storage capacity of 10.24 kWh. To ensure optimal energy generation, the installation includes 48 Tier-1 615 W solar panels, producing a combined output of 30 kWp.
The system was designed with advanced energy balancing and charge control to support both daytime and nighttime usage efficiently. The installation enables the homeowner to enjoy 100% renewable energy, stable power, and reduced long-term energy costs. Desamis engineers also conducted client training for system management and scheduled performance monitoring to maintain peak efficiency.
